Ingredients
Ingredients
- ½–1 cup fresh berries
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt of your choice
- ½–¾ cup Seeded Brittle, broken into pieces
- Optional sweetener, to taste
Optional Dessert Add-Ins
- Honey, for drizzling
- Cocoa nibs
- Fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
Instructions
- Prep your berries. Wash and slice strawberries if using; set all fruit aside.
- Taste your yogurt first. If using unsweetened yogurt and you’d like a touch more sweetness, stir your preferred sweetener directly into the yogurt before assembling. Taste and adjust as needed.
- Build your base. Add a few spoonfuls of yogurt to the bottom of your glass or bowl.
- The hero ingredient. Add a generous layer of roughly chopped seeded brittle (don’t be afraid to leave some larger chunks!).
- Add fruit. Layer in berries—mix and match for color and flavor.
- Repeat the layers. Continue layering yogurt, seeded brittle, and fruit until the glass is full.
- Finish with flair. Drizzle a little yogurt, top with a few whole berries, and add a final sprinkle of brittle pieces for garnish.
- Serve or chill. Enjoy immediately, or chill up to 1 hour if you want the brittle slightly softened.
Notes
Dessert-Worthy Twist: After adding the seeded brittle, drizzle lightly with honey, then add berries and a small sprinkle of cocoa nibs before continuing with the next layer. Repeat as you layer and finish with fresh mint.
Sweetness Tip: If using unsweetened yogurt, taste and lightly sweeten before assembling. The seeded brittle adds natural sweetness, so start small and adjust to taste.
Make-Ahead Tip: Assemble just before serving for maximum crunch, or chill up to 1 hour if you prefer the seeded brittle slightly softened.
